- Client project data processed by the ECAI Tower platform is governed by the client agreement, stays in the client's chosen environment and is never used to build or train our product.

02What this website collectsما يجمعه هذا الموقع
- Aggregate visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. It reports totals such as pages viewed, country, referring site and device type.
- Delivery and security logs. Our hosting and network providers process technical data such as IP address, time and requested page to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under their own retention rules.
- Web fonts. Text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser shares its IP address with Google when it fetches them.
- Your browser only. Your language choice, and in walkthrough pages the chapters you have viewed, are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us and you can clear them at any time.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details to answer you and to prepare any briefing you ask for.
- إحصاءات زيارة إجمالية. نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics، وهي لا تستخدم الكوكيز ولا تتتبعك عبر المواقع، وتعرض إجماليات مثل الصفحات المعروضة والدولة والموقع المُحيل ونوع الجهاز.
- سجلات التشغيل والأمان. يعالج مزودو الاستضافة والشبكة بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP والوقت والصفحة المطلوبة لتقديم الموقع وحمايته من الإساءة، وفق قواعد الاحتفاظ الخاصة بهم.
- الخطوط. تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts، لذا يشارك متصفحك عنوان IP الخاص به مع Google عند تحميلها.
- في متصفحك فقط. يُحفظ اختيار اللغة، وفي صفحات العرض الخاصة الفصول التي شاهدتها، في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك. لا تُرسل إلينا، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت.
- البريد الإلكتروني. إذا راسلتنا، نحتفظ برسالتك وبيانات التواصل للرد عليك وتحضير أي عرض تطلبه.
03Private walkthrough pagesصفحات العرض الخاصة
- A personalised walkthrough link carries a short code. The page shows the company and contact name we hold for that link, taken from our correspondence with you.
- Questions typed into the walkthrough are answered inside your browser from an approved set and are not sent to us. "Email the question" opens your own email application.
- Booking a session uses Zoho Bookings, which processes your booking details under Zoho's own privacy terms.
- All project figures in the walkthrough are illustrative and use synthetic data.

04Why we use itلماذا نستخدمها
To answer enquiries and prepare briefings you request, to keep the site secure and working, and to understand interest in ECAI Tower in aggregate. We share information only with the service providers named above (network and analytics, hosting, fonts, booking and email), and only as needed to run this site. Some providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.نشارك المعلومات فقط مع مزودي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه (الشبكة والتحليلات، الاستضافة، الخطوط، الحجز، البريد) وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الموقع. قد يعالج بعضهم البيانات خارج دولتك وفق ضماناتهم الخاصة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجرها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
06How long we keep itمدة الاحتفاظ
Correspondence and walkthrough personalisation are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you requires longer. Visit statistics are kept only in aggregate form.نحتفظ بالمراسلات وبيانات تخصيص صفحات العرض لمدة أقصاها ٢٤ شهرًا من آخر تواصل، ما لم يتطلب عقد معك مدة أطول. أما إحصاءات الزيارة فتُحفظ بشكل إجمالي فقط.
07Your rightsحقوقك
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use or withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. 08Security and childrenالأمان والأطفال
The site is served over encrypted connections and holds no accounts or passwords. It is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.يُقدَّم الموقع عبر اتصالات مشفرة ولا يحتوي على حسابات أو كلمات مرور، وهو موجّه لمستخدمي الأعمال وليس لمن هم دون ١٨ عامًا.
